Assistant to the Management Board (m/f/d)

Job Summary
The assistant to the Management Board supports the dedicated Board Member in all organizational and administrative topics. He/she acts as first contact person for colleagues within the respective board area and supports them with costs management and organization of business trips. The assistant to the Management Board prepares documents, reports and presentations and takes over professional tasks within the respective area. Interested? Read on! Your Tasks and Responsibilities

Support the board area in all organizational and administrative topics
Act as first contact person for colleagues inside and outside of the board area
Support colleagues with special requests or advise them regarding responsibilities within the board area
Handle travel, office and invoices management of the Management Board
Handle internal and external correspondence of the Management Board in English and German
Support the Management Board in daily matters

Your Profile

High school diploma, bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience in high-level administrative support position / working directly with Senior Management
Proactivity and excellent organizational skills
General understanding of banking business
Fluent in Business German and English, any CEE language is an advantage
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Annual Gross salary starting from €40.000,- based on our collective bargaining agreement (for 38,5 hours/week) - additional payment according to skills and experience. The position can be filled as soon as possible.
