Job Summary
The Risk Manager is responsible for the analysis, monitoring of Sberbank Direct Germany loan portfolio, as well as underwriting processes and its technical execution. He/She is responsible for the implementation of the Credit Risk Policy and Underwriting Processes in Sberbank Germany, Strategy Document in risk systems used for loan origination and preparation of Risk reports and Risk management tools, furthermore is working closely with business to enhance the risk-based products in German market reflecting the risk appetite of Sberbank Direct Business Strategy. Your Tasks and Responsibilities

Implement the Credit Risk Policy, Credit Risk Monitoring and Application and Transactional Fraud Management tools
Implement and develop risk related projects, i.e. regulatory compliant monitoring processes and procedures in Credit Risk on Sberbank Direct Germany level caused by the Regulator (internally and/or by the Group)
Responsible for German Lending Risk Technology
Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and prepare required reports
Responsible for processing Sberbank Direct Risk Monitoring
Assess continuously the development status of Sberbank Direct Portfolio and search for possible improvements for processes and cost efficiency opportunities in order to maximize performance
Works on technical implementation of risk processes and supports BI team with data preparation and checks


Your Profile

5 years professional experience in banking areas like Credit Risk, Risk Management, Risk Controlling
Master degree in Economics, Banking, Quantitative Finance, Mathematics or Business Administration
High level of analytical skills
High level of understanding Risk Key Indicators (understanding of Risk driving KPIs and relevant metrics)
Presentation skills as well as process and project management competency required
Credit risk modelling experience is preferable
Fluent in German and English, any CEE language would be an advantage
MS Office, SAP BO, SAS, Power BI, SQL etc

Annual gross salary starting from € 45.652 based on our collective bargaining agreement (for 38,5 hours/week) - additional payment according to skills and experience. The position can be filled as soon as possible.
