Junior Regulatory Reporting Specialist (m/f/d)

Job Summary
The Junior Regulatory Reporting Specialist ensures that correct group and/or solo regulatory reports are prepared and sent on time. He/she organizes the availability of data from different sources, observes corresponding regulatory rules and finalizes correctly the reports. The Junior Regulatory Reporting Specialist actively aligns with other departments in the whole group if needed. Interested? Read on! Your Tasks and Responsibilities

Prepare and validate regulatory reports
Work on highly complex data using different databases to produce correctly structured reports and perform required external regulatory analyses
Interact with other departments on cross-departmental issues
Communication with the Austrian National Bank with regards to inquiries sent
Cooperation with internal audit
Support of different regulatory projects
Analyse complex regulatory requirements and follow proactively and in anticipatory manner all changes
Perform testing activities for new software releases relevant for regulatory reporting, document properly all process steps incl. sets up of controls and update of guidelines when needed
Support as required on any ad hoc tasks
Support bank-wide projects

Your Profile

At least one year of practical job experience in Regulatory Reporting within banking sector
University degree in the field of Business Management, Banking or Finance
Analytical skills, understanding of work with data
German and English are must, MS Excel, MS Access knowledge nice to have

Annual gross salary starting from € 32.784 based on our collective bargaining agreement (for 38,5 hours/week) - additional payment according to skills and experience. The position can be filled as soon as possible.
